First page of "Paper Romance", a story published in DARING LOVE #1 [1953] the September-October 1953 issue of the Gillmor Magazines comic, which appears to be the earliest published Steve Ditko comic story, if not the first drawn. More on it over here.
Final page of "Logan the Loser", the final story in #26 [2018], the Winter 2018 release from SD Publishing. Ordering details here. There are a few never before seen pages in the subsequent releases, but most of them were obviously drawn long ago. And there will probably be some future publications with more previously unseen material, either old or new.

Now available for pledges is the 20th Snyder/Ditko Kickstarter for an upcoming 48-page anthology comic. The lead feature is "an item that has been out of print for too long" and there's probably a big clue in the graphic. Campaign open until July 4, 2018.

New Ditko - THE HERO COMICS No. 26
Now available, THE HERO COMICS No. 26, the latest release from SD Publishing. In addition to the cover featured The Hero there are also reprints with Killjoy, The Masker and Mr. Quiver. Also, in a change of pace for these books, there's a 14-page article about the Blue Beetle, starting from 1939 and looking at various incarnations, including those by Ditko. This includes several pages of work by Ditko that the vast majority of readers haven't seen before.

Now on Kickstarter, the next issue of Mr. A. which looks like it'll continue the version of his battle with The Knifer which began in the recent MR. A. #24. It's a 48-page anthology comic, so will no doubt feature a lot more. The Kickstarter runs to December 19 so the book should be out early next year.
