Note a previous time Ditko used the term "lifter" in an essay, it was "Lifting And The Lifter" in THE AVENGING MIND [2008], where he discussed the sequence in THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #33 [1966] where Peter Parker lifts the rubble off himself in a famous extended sequence, and how the later recollection of Stan Lee ("I just mentioned the idea but Steve drew...") didn't match the reality Ditko remembers ("So how could Lee tell me an idea about a storyline he knew nothing about until he saw my penciled pages..."). No idea if this upcoming "Fantasy Lifters" essay elaborates on the same topic or something else entirely.
